WHAT FORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR SUMMER CAMP?
Along with your registration, there are (2) forms required for Tag Summer Camp:

Forms will be sent at registration and must be given to your Student Director at or before camp check-in. There will be forms at camp check-in on June 8th.

WHAT SHOULD MY STUDENT BRING TO CAMP?
Students should bring the following items: Bible, notebook, pen, sunscreen, water bottle, swimsuit, bedding, pillow, toiletries, towel, and an outfit to get dirty. If you have any questions please reach out to shayna.torres@onechapel.com.

WHAT KIND OF ADULT SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED?
There will be many adult volunteers who serve as small group leaders and supervision for your students.  Each volunteer is trusted and will be trained and background-checked.

WHO WILL BE TEACHING MY STUDENTS DURING THE SESSIONS?
Sessions will be taught by One Chapel Pastors and other Youth Leaders.

WHAT ARE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS?
There are separate cabins for boys and girls. Cabins have bunk beds. Each cabin will have several adult Tag leader chaperones.

WILL THERE BE TRAINED MEDICAL STAFF ACCOMPANYING OUR GROUP TO CAMP?
Yes, we always have a medical professional join us.

WILL YOUTH STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS BE ADMINISTERING STUDENT MEDICATION?
Yes, we will have a table set up at check-in so you will be able to discuss your individual needs with our nurse.  Most medications will remain in the nurses care for the duration of the camp unless other arrangements have been made.

HOW WILL MY STUDENT GET TO AND RETURN FROM CAMP?
This year we are going to do our best to carpool up to the camp together. This will save on cost for buses as Camp Buckner is 90 minutes from OC Austin and less than 60 minutes from OC Lake Travis and OC Liberty Hill. We are looking for parent volunteers to provide transportation for us on June 6th from each OC campus. Check-in at Camp Buckner will begin at 6pm on June 6th. If you are a parent and would like to provide transportation up to Camp Buckner on Thursday, June 6th, we ask that you would reach out to Shayna Torres. We will carpool students back to their One Chapel Campus on Sunday June 9th to participate in our One Chapel Sunday gatherings.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns about transportation.

We will transport students back to their One Chapel Campus on Sunday, June 9th, for the start of Church service (11:30am for OC Austin). If there are any adjustments to the return time we will post them on Social Media @oc_youth

CAN MY STUDENT DRIVE THEIR OWN CAR?
Yes. We will ask that all students who drive turn in their keys at check-in. Contact the Student Director at your campus if you need to discuss other arrangements.

WILL MY STUDENT BE ABLE TO TAKE A CELL PHONE?
Yes, however we will ask that students refrain from using them so they can focus on building friendships and experiencing God's presence while we are there.

WILL THERE BE AN EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER WHERE I CAN REACH MY STUDENT?
Yes. You may call the One Chapel Office at 512-777-1663 or the Trinity Pines Office at 936-594-5011 or Shayna Torres at 512-923-5016. Please only use those numbers for an actual emergency.
