Ross and his family moved to Austin, Texas in 2010 to plant a life-giving church called One Chapel, and it’s been nothing short of an adventure in God’s grace.
Before moving to Austin, Ross was the worship pastor of New Life Church in Colorado Springs. He led worship on several Integrity Music recordings including I Am Free, the award-winning, best-selling release My Savior Lives, and Counting on God. While leading New LIfe Worship, Ross assembled a team of influential worship leaders and songwriters who are all now successful in their own ministries (Jared Anderson, Glenn Packiam, Jon Egan and the Desperation Band).
Ross became the Interim Senior Pastor at New Life Church in 2006 where he provided leadership, spiritual direction and healing in the wake of a moral failure by their Senior Pastor. He continued to help guide New Life Church through their transition under their new pastor, Brady Boyd, right up to the day that they blessed him and sent him out in 2010 to plant a new family of believers—One Chapel.
After moving to Austin Ross wrote “Messy Church: A Multigenerational Mission for the Family of God,” encouraging a family paradigm for churches tired of consumer driven and corporate ministry models. For last five years he served as the lead pastor of One Chapel alongside Aimee, the love of his life. He is crazy about his five kids, Zachary, Taylor, Grace, Ethan and Owen.
After graduation from Oral Roberts University with a degree in international business and theology, Russ Walker spent several years as an associate pastor in Germany, Colorado, and Mississippi. For 14 years, he was the senior pastor of CrossPointe Community Church in Whitewater Wisconsin. Through his leadership, CrossPointe became a multi-site church with the original Campus being in Whitewater and Campuses in Milton and Jefferson and two Spanish speaking Campuses – one in Whitewater and one in Guadalajara Mexico.
Pastor Russ has a passion for city transformation and raising up the next generation of leaders. He loves March Madness and the fall is centered around the Broncos, Packers and the Cowboys. (Yes! He loves all three teams.) He plays tennis and volleyball when his body stays together and he loves to read. Russ is married to Courtney, who is a licensed financial advisor, and together they have four children: Mackenzie (the “driven”), Madison (the “nurturer”), Landon (the “perfectionist”) and Sheldon (the “talker”).
In 2002, Marty earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Oral Roberts University where he studied both theology and music. He is the singer, songwriter and producer of two original worship albums and led worship teams to South Africa, Costa Rica and across the United States.
Throughout the years, Marty has served as the Worship Pastor at Believer’s Church in Tulsa, OK, and Faith Family Church in Victoria, TX. In July of 2010, Marty and his wife Casey moved from Colorado Springs to Austin to help plant One Chapel along with a core team of others that the Lord has put together. Even more recently, Marty and Casey have become parents of 2 beautiful little girls, Iyla and Mia.
In his spare time, Marty enjoys time at Austin’s local parks with his family, mountain biking, kayaking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, basketball, tennis, etc…basically any good excuse to be outdoors will do.

Aimee serves One Chapel alongside her husband, Ross, and she the leader over the women's ministry. She has a heart for women to understand their true identity in Christ and to equip, encourage, and empower them to fulfill their God given purpose in life.
She graduated from Oral Roberts University with a degree in Psychology. At ORU she helped lead worship in chapel services, conferences, and on music missions teams during the summers. She fell head over heels in love with the director of her missions team, Ross Parsley, and married him in 1992.
Aimee led worship alongside her husband and in women's ministry for many years while in Colorado. She also led small groups and spoke at women's events. But her greatest achievement in life by far was giving birth to her five children: Zachary (the student—married to Misti), Taylor (the singer), Grace (the beauty), Ethan (the talker), and Owen (the passionate one).
