This training is your next step toward leading a Group at One Chapel. You’ll watch three short videos, answer a few questions along the way, and complete a simple application so we can connect with you and help you take next steps.
A quick welcome from Pastor Ross and overview of why groups matter at One Chapel. You’ll hear the heart behind group leadership, the five-step training process, and the picture of devoted community from Acts 2. You’ll also why group leadership is such a meaningful step.

Here you’ll learn how we help people take their next steps spiritually—and how group leaders play a key role in that journey. We’ll introduce the Personal Spiritual Growth Plan (PSGP), walk through the four essentials of spiritual formation, and clarify qualifications, expectations, and the full group leader process.
