This training is your next step toward leading a Group at One Chapel. You’ll watch three short videos, answer a few questions along the way, and complete a simple application so we can connect with you and help you take next steps.

We’ll introduce the Personal Spiritual Growth Plan (PSGP), walk through the four essentials of spiritual formation, and clarify qualifications, expectations, and the full group leader process.
