Prayer is the most significant activity of all who follow Jesus. But, often it's more of a last minute "Hail Mary" pass than a "Daily Practice" for life. At One Chapel, we want to be a people who engage in prayer as a first response, rather than a last resort.
We're just convinced that prayer takes us out of the realm of what we can do, and into the realm of what God can do, and that changes everything!

Wednesday Morning Prayer

Fasting
Fasting is a spiritual practice in Christianity where believers temporarily abstain from food or comforts to grow closer to God. It is a time for prayer, repentance, and seeking God's guidance, often practiced during seasons like Lent or in times of personal need. Fasting helps strengthen faith and deepen one's relationship with God.
90 Day Challenge
The 90 Day Challenge is a simple invitation to start the year with intentional spiritual rhythms.

Worshipping Together Weekly
Belonging to a Group Faithfully
It’s a challenge because it will take commitment and conviction. But doing hard things is good for us. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, building consistency, and growing together.
Unceasing Prayer
1st Wednesday of Every Month
